can i buy you a coke?

for my MCOM class last weekend we were assigned to buy a stranger a coke, then blog about it. since no one actually does what shayne says.. we took the freedom to translate this into a random act of kindness. or at least i did..
this weekend was a baking marathon for my my roommate rachel and i. included was homemade ice cream (cake batter flavored), cake balls, chocolate covered bananas, and caramel apples.

all of these are extremely sketchy to give to strangers, but since caramel apples are in season, i decided these were the least suspicious.

so, as you can see we caramelized everything we could find in our little kitchen. i chose an apple and an apartment. to be honest, the apartment chose me. it was a male apartment building, so i knew the apple would seem less sketchy to them and would have a higher probability of being eaten.

my story isn't anywhere near as cool as my classmates, i simply ding dong ditched and ran. i don't know them, they don't know me, and i hope they enjoyed the apple. and if that apple was anything like the others, rest assured they did. so.. that's the end of story.. sorry for all the hype.

pass it on and drop off goodies at a random apartment, but remember where i live.
