introducting my sophomore year.

roommates: kimmie, alex, rachel, samantha, (me), hayley.
location: liberty square.
stats: one freshman, four sophomores, one junior.
two showers, two sinks, one big mirror.
an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwaster, sink.
additional appliances purchased. (including my ice cream maker- stay tuned for details.)
two tvs, one mine, one borrowed and bigger.
alrighty. moving on.

there's a couple things you should know about our apartment. we have a couple honorary roommates.
one being j beibs. no one's complaining.
we had a ward activity. we fled to the swings. nothing personal.. but byu has made me not care at all for ultimate frisbee. it's so annoying how convenient it is to play it EVERYWHERE.
class started. so did the big bucks being spent on books. i feel bad for the people who had to buy this book.. i can't even read the title.

being a byu means multiple things, but the things i had forgotten about were:
the couples
the foreign languages
the waaaay happy people
the everyone randomly being connected
the cute boys you check out, then see the ring
the people who give their introductions in class and you already know they're messing up your curve.

last, but not least i have another intro.
introducing: "the" roommate- hayley.
i'm loving this picture. it's on top of the jfsb. we didn't have devotional today so i met hayley up there during our down time. i forgot how cool it is up there, and hot this time of the year. but.. the view is spectacular. note the "y" on the mountain. and just the mountains in general. oh, and the girl with me.
hayley is a california girl. i scored. so far, so good. she has put up with me and we have already "clicked" and made some memories. she's a chemistry major, aka way smart. she's so cute and gets along with everyone. she fit right in with our apartment. and, she is better at going to bed than me. i know it sounds weird but i really need to do better, and she's helping me get out of my night owl habits from last year. so.. if things continue like they've started this will be a great year.
i'm happy with the girls i'm with every day, my classes, my school, oh yeah, and i need a job. i have an interview on thursday. keep your fingers crossed for me!

the end.
