Housing & Dining, BYU Style

BYU is even MORE official today. Today was my housing selection date!!

At about 4:15 my mom and I sat by the computer doing last minute research, but really just keeping busy until my alarm came off at 4:30 which meant i could choose my dorm!

You don't understand all that was built up to this moment..

I wanted a suite in Helaman but those were all taken, so I decided I would settle for the one roommate with sink style room.

I wanted Hinkley because it was closest to the tunnel, and from what I hear that somewhat significant.?

..like I know anything. For reals, I'm clueless.

Anyways, at 4:30 p.m. on the dot I chose Helaman Halls, then Hinckley, and then I decided on the second floor, in hopes of getting exercise every day, but not too much.. that would be bad.

When you pick the rooms you can see some traits about any beds already taken, or rather who is taking that bed.. alright that just got confusing.

So the questions were basic. Like 8 asking about the kind of music they liked, then when they went to bed usually and if they were tidy.

I needed someone who went to bed around midnight and was somewhat tidy- and that's what I got.

:) It's so exciting to know who my roommate is! We chatted on Facebook and are Facebook friends. 

I would say her name but then again I think that may be a little creepy. But she seems like a ton of fun!

It's so crazy to think I'm almost done with high school. I'm trying really hard to finish strong and make the most of it.. but really I have way higher expectations for college. I'm glad it chose BYU- it seems right.
