stomach flu strikes back

a couple weeks ago most of the members in my family got the dreaded stomach flu.. everyone but me and mi madre.

well. that's a lie. because today i got it :/

icky icky icky. for some reason only could get comfortable for dozing off while laying on the bathroom floor, which came in handy because i was closer to the toliet. joy :)

sorry.. that's gross.


yesterday was kinda a rant on high school.. so i figured i should probably show that i do like some of it, and have some really great memories from it.

this is homecoming week this year, costume day. i LOVE homecoming week. so so so much. being apart of student council, i get a major say in the planning and execution. its really awesome to do this for our school and see all our hard work paid off. and i love stressing over my outfits for the week :)

what would homecoming week be without teepeeing? close to nothing :) i'm not too much of a rebel, but teepeeing is something my parents allow, or rather turn to look away and act like i'm getting a bite to eat or something.. and families in general are pretty good sports about getting teepee'd, you just have to make sure you're doing your friends, the right friends. its quite a rush :) haha.

and then of course there is the homecoming dance. its grown on me, to say the least. dances and i have come a long way. as long as you don't take yourself too seriously at dances its a pretty good time.

okay, my life doesn't completely suck.

i'll make it alright, i think.
